You will need
1 x packet of popcorn
1 x packet of Noshu 95% Sugar Free Which Choc Baking Chips
Mix ins of choice like pistachio nuts, pepitas, dried cranberries, shredded coconut
Cook fresh popcorn according to packet instructions but leave unsalted.
Place cooked popcorn into a large mixing bowl with your desired mix ins, we used pistachio nuts, pepitas, dried cranberries and shredded coconut.
Melt a packet of Noshu 95% Sugar Free Which Choc Baking Chips with a teaspoon of coconut oil, then pour over and stir through popcorn.
Spread out your coated popcorn onto a baking tray and let the mix set in the fridge. Store in an airtight container and enjoy!
