Brownie Christmas Presents

MAKES: 24

INGREDIENTS

You will need

1 x packet of Noshu 99% Sugar Free Fudgy Brownie Mix
2 x packets of Noshu 95% Sugar Free White Choc Baking Chips

1 extra-large egg
100ml (90g) oil of choice
¼ cup (3 tbsp) water

250g Noshu 95% Sugar Free White Choc Baking Chips
Food colourings of choice (we used red and green)
15g–30g coconut oil

METHOD

Bake a batch of Fudgy Brownies according to the instructions on the box, then set aside to cool.

Once cool, cut into present shapes then set aside on a plate.

Melt 250g Noshu 95% Sugar Free White Choc Baking Chips and stir in food colouring with a small amount of coconut oil to keep in a liquid form (you may need to add more oil depending on how much food colouring you add). If the mix becomes too solid and looks like its seized, don’t panic, just add a little more oil and stir until it evens out.

Coat your brownie presents in the coloured choc mix and place in the fridge on a plate to set for 30 minutes.

Melt the remaining Noshu 95% Sugar Free White Choc Baking Chips and place into a small piping bag. Remove coloured presents from the fridge and decorate with white choc bows.

Place back in the fridge to set. Serve and enjoy!
