You will need
1 packet Noshu 98% Sugar Free Vanilla Cupcake Mix
40 g Noshu 98% Sugar Free Vanilla Cupcake Mix
60 g Noshu 98% Sugar Free Vanilla Frosting Mix
300 ml milk
100 ml thickened cream
3 x large egg yolks
In a medium sized saucepan on medium heat, stir together milk, thickened cream and Vanilla Frosting Mix until frosting mix has dissolved.
In a seperate bowl, whisk together your egg yolks and Vanilla Cupcake Mix using an electric mixer until thick and pale in colour.
Pour half of your milk mixture into your egg mixture and whisk until just combined. Gradually add the rest of your milk mixture, whisking continuously to ensure a smooth texture.
Pour the custard mixture back into the saucepan and continue whisking with a hand whisk over a medium heat until custard reaches desired thickness.
Enjoy hot poured over pudding or chill for a firmer, set custard!
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
