1 tbsp oil of choice (sunflower or coconut)

Pour contents of the cookie mix sachet into a mixing bowl. Add melted butter (or melted dairy-free spread) and water to the dry cookie mix. Mix until combined with a fork or spatula.

To melt the choc chips, place choc into a microwave-safe bowl and pour in the liquid oil. Microwave on ½ strength in 30 second increments mixing for at least 1 minute in-between until fully melted and smooth.

Pop the cookie dough easter eggs out of their moulds and dip them with your melted chocolate.

Place on a tray lined with a sheet of baking paper and refrigerate until chocolate is set.
