With only 4 ingredients these are the ultimate light and fluffy, easy to make, 99% sugar free pancakes the entire family will love for breakfast or brunch.
1 x Noshu Vanilla Velvet Cake Mix
2 x Eggs
400ml Milk (350ml for thicker pancakes)
80g Melted butter
Whisk Noshu Vanilla Velvet Cake Mix, eggs, milk and melted butter until combined.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush/spray pan with butter/oil. Cook two pancakes for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface. Turn and cook for 3 minutes or until cooked through. Repeat with remaining mixture, brushing/spraying pan with butter/oil between batches.
Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil to keep warm. Top with your favourite sugar free syrup, walnuts or Greek yogurt. The possibilities are endless.
Pancakes can be stored in airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
