1 x Noshu Vanilla Velvet Cake Mix
2 x Eggs
400 mls Milk (350 mls for thicker pancakes)
80g Melted Butter
Whisk Noshu Vanilla Velvet Cake Mix, eggs, milk and melted butter until combined.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush/spray pan with butter/oil.
Cook two pancakes for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface. Turn and cook for 3
minutes or until cooked through.
Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
Repeat with remaining mixture, brushing/spraying pan with butter/oil between batches.
